Do I need to be based in the Middle East?

We are remote-friendly but prioritize candidates with regional context and availability.

Is Arabic required?

English is the main working language. Arabic fluency is a major plus for many roles and might be mandatory for cultural reasons, i.e., especially AI-Arabic Specific, security, some business area and Arabic user-facing functions.

What’s the interview process?

Depends the position level, but generally speaking, we start with casual Initial screening, then technical assessment or portfolio review, followed by a deep-dive discussion with our core team. We engage HR at all phases or when we want to finalize the decisino.

Do you support relocation or remote contracts?

Yes. Based on role and candidate location, we can offer remote, hybrid, or relocation support with limits and reasonable negotion.

Do I need public sector experience?

It is prefered, but not always.
